MANNAM CHRISTIAN CHURCH (Disciples of Christ)

만남의 교회는 크리스천 교회 (제자회)에 소속된 교회입니다. 제자회는 신약성서의 예수 운동에 근거합니다. 우리는 이 분열된 세상에서 하나됨을 추구하는 운동입니다. 우리는 일상의 삶 속에 온전한 복음을 몸으로 살아내며, 복음은 우리에게 책임을 요청하는 사랑의 언약임을 고백합니다. 그러므로 우리가 예수를 따를 때, 예수 이야기는 우리 공동체 안에서 살아나고 세상에 빛으로 드러납니다. 우리는 평화를 추구하고, 화해를 이루며, 불의와 모든 형태의 차별에 저항합니다.

Mannam Christian Church is part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), rooted in the spirit of the Jesus Movement in the New Testament. We are a movement seeking unity in this fragmented world. We proclaim the whole gospel, embodied in our daily lives. The gospel is a covenant of love, calling us to responsibility. Thus, as we follow Jesus, his story comes alive among us and shines out to the world; we seek peace, pursue reconciliation, and are devoted to anti-racism by standing against injustice and all forms of discrimination.

우리는 믿습니다. We BELIEVE

1. 모든 인간은 하나님의 표현이며, 모두가 동등하게 존엄하고 존귀합니다.
   Every human being is an expression of God and is equal in worth and dignity.

2. 우리는 그리스도 안에서 우리 삶에 내려오시는 하나님의 사랑을 만납니다.
   In Christ, we encounter God's love descending into our lives.

3. 우리는 각자 대체불가능한 삶의 자리에서 예수를 따라 살아가도록 부름 받았습니다.
   We are called to follow Jesus within the uniqueness of our own lives.

4. 예수를 따른다는 것은 지금 여기서 공동체로 세워지는 것임을 의미합니다.
   To follow Jesus is to be formed into community here and now.

그러므로 Therefore,

5. 우리는 성령의 소망을 품고 하루하루를 살아가며, 하나됨을 이루기 위해 힘씁니다.
   We live each day embracing the hope of the Spirit, striving for unity.

6. 우리는 각자의 신앙 여정을 걷는 ‘그리스도인들’입니다.
   We are Christians walking our own spiritual journeys.

7. 우리는 서로 연결되고, 지지하며, 책임지는 삶으로 사랑합니다.
   We love one another through lives of connection, support, and accountability.
